Fix the "no tracking" bug - skip ad button not displaying, unable to pass.

Whenever loading an adfly page, "no tracking" displayed in the advert frame, button doesn't show up ever, unable to pass.

        Now it's made even worse, it redirects away saying Cookies are Disabled.

        This makes bypassers not a solution.

        This needs to be fixed.
